The Excellent Line, consisting of the locks Z-TF, A-TS and M-TS, has already proven itself with this three-day bolt technology. "The beauty of this technology is that the latch bolts lock automatically, allowing the hook to enter freely, i.e. without friction. This ensures light operation," Dirk explains. 

"In addition, it's nice for the processor that with the M-TS lock you don't need a freewheeling cylinder, which minimizes chances of error on construction. Because main lock case and motor are one, our multi-point lock is controlled directly. As a result, the door opens faster and quieter than other locks. At just 0.3 seconds, a record time."

Integration of access solutions

When keyless opening a door, MACO offers a Bluetooth module, finger scan, keypad or transponder tag. These solutions are easy to integrate with an M-TS or A-TS lock and, of course, easy to connect to common Smart Home systems. 

The MACO Bluetooth module comes with a free INSTINCT app with many possible features. Some examples include:

"You simply attach the plug-and-play Bluetooth module to the multi-point lock with a plug. Except for connecting voltage you are 'ready to go' ", continues Dirk. "The processor can then easily test the element in the Bluetooth module's test environment. But the element can also be easily tested during the construction phase in combination with a phone and app. Upon handing over the digital key, consisting of a card with QR code, to the owner, the test environment accessible to everyone expires and the Bluetooth module switches to the secure environment. Only the owner can now gain or grant access to other users. Fast, safe and simple."
